A. Hood and Son Inc., Turner, charged with a defective exhaust system rule violation on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Mohamed Abdalla, 21, Lewiston, charged with aggravated assault and violating condition of release on Aug. 20, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jake Adams, 22, Greene, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 10, adjudicated, fined $100.

Shawn Adams, 36, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 6, 2003, dismissed.

Tarsha A. Adams. 22, Livermore Falls, charged with assault on June 8, filed with no cost.

Chad Gregory Alexander, 23, Minot, charged with four counts of allowing a dog to be at large on May 4, total restitution of $246.33 by default.

Joshua J. Alexander, 18, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Almighty Waste, Auburn, charged with an inadequate tires rule violation and failure to produce proof of commercial inspection on April 10 and an unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation on April 29, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each first and second charge; fined $250 on third charge.

Lucinda Andrews, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on July 4, dismissed.

Jessica L. Arbogast, 19, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 29, found guilty, fined $100 and $400 restitution.

Kenneth Arnold, 36, Auburn, charged with assault on Jan. 28 and Jan. 31, and stalking and two counts of terrorizing on June 5, probation violation on first and second charges, sentenced to 300 days and probation partially revoked for each charge; third fourth and fifth charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ronald N. Arsenault, 35, Gray, charged with operating after suspension on May 16, sent to jury trial.

Andrew Asselin, 38, New Gloucester, charged with assault on June 18, filed with no cost.

Chad J. Aube, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Maurice Aube, 52, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on June 23, found guilty, fined $500.

Pauline Aube, 49, Sabattus, charged with possession of marijuana on June 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Auburn Concrete/RA Cummings Inc., Auburn, charged with an inadequate suspension rule violation on April 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Dennis Austin, 36, Lewiston, charged with burglary and two counts of robbery on Aug. 25, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Mohamed N. Awale, 29, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on July 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Kevin S. Ayer, 38, Auburn, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on July 23, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Laura M. Ayer, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on April 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Loni L. Ayer, 32, Livermore Falls, charged with operating a vehicle without a license and attaching false plates on July 18, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $75 on second charge.

B & B Concessions, Danvers, Mass., charged with failure to produce proof of commercial inspection and a duty status not current rule violation on July 12, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge; fined $250 on second charge.

Michelle L. Bade, 21, Lisbon, charged with disorderly conduct on July 17, found guilty, fined $150.

David M. Bailey, 31, Portland, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 17, fined $100 by default.

Erlon B. Bailey, 32, Lewiston, charged with being a habitual motor vehicle offender on July 6, found guilty, fined $200 and sentenced to 10 days.

Henry G. Baker, 40, Livermore Falls, charged with gross sexual assault on June 1, transferred to Superior Court.

Jeffrey W. Baldwin, 20, Auburn, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana on July 17, fined $100 by default on first charge; fined $200 by default on second charge.

Venessa B. Bernard, 46, Lewiston, charged with operating while license is suspended or revoked on July 12, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

Jeanna M. Barry, 25, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 22, found guilty, fined $100 and $43 restitution.

Michelle T. Bartlett, 35, Lewiston, charged with operating while license is suspended or revoked on July 14, sent to jury trial.

Phillip F. Baxter, 37, Lewiston, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle on July 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Louise Begin, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault on Nov. 2, 2003 and July 21 and violating condition of release on Aug. 10, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to 45 days and probation partially revoked; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 45 days; third charge dismissed.

Becky Belanger, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Renee Belisle, 22, Lewiston, charged with endangering the welfare of a child and creating a false public alarm or report on March 2, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to one day and one year probation; second charge dismissed.

Lawrence Bell, 20, charged with two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle on June 29, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Stephanie Bell, 30, Sabattus, charged with attaching false plates on July 2, found guilty, fined $75.

Michael N. Blouin, 27, Lewiston, charged with assault and disorderly conduct on June 13, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, scheduled for sentencing.

Roger J. Bouget, 48, Litchfield, charged with operating under the influence on May 12, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

Jaybe Bourgoin, 24, Sabattus, charged with disorderly conduct on July 16, found guilty, fined $100.

Kathleen Bowden, 49, South Paris, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and refusing to provide a name and address on July 20, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 for each charge.

Sharod L. Bowman, 29, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 29, found guilty, fined $100 and $100 restitution.

Cynthia Bragdon, 45, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 6, 2003 and disorderly conduct on Aug. 8, probation violation on first charge, sentenced to six days and probation partially revoked and continued; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to six days.

Scott Breton, 33, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Krista Bridges Hoy, 19, Auburn, charged with two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on July 2, found guilty on both charges, fined $150 for each charge.

Jacqueline Burns, 34, Portland, charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension and possession of marijuana on May 24, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days on first charge; fined $300 on second charge; third charge dismissed.

Joey Byram, 24, Lisbon, charged with possession of marijuana on July 2, offense committed, fined $200.

John J. Byram, 28, Lewiston, charged with assault on July 17, dismissed.

Brian Paul Cabral, 26, Minot, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $75.

Pamela Caldwell, 55, Poland, charged with burning without a permit on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $70.

Kevin M. Camp, 27, Lisbon, charged with assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, criminal mischief and violating condition of release on June 20, all charges sent to jury trial.

Barbara Ann Campbell, 43, Auburn, charged with assault on Sept. 27, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

Joshua E. Campbell, 23, New Gloucester, charged with possession of marijuana on July 8, fined $200 by default.

Cacy Cantwell, 31, Poland, charged with assault and obstructing the report of a crime on May 2, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Frederick Carey, 31, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing on Sept. 27, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but four days suspended and one year probation.

Paul Carney, 32, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 6, found guilty, fined $400.
