A. Hood and Son Inc., Turner, charged with a defective exhaust system rule violation on Aug. 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Mohamed Abdalla, 21, Lewiston, charged with aggravated assault and violating condition of release on Aug. 20, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jake Adams, 22, Greene, charged with operating an unregistered ATV on Aug. 10, adjudicated, fined $100.

Shawn Adams, 36, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 6, 2003, dismissed.

Tarsha A. Adams. 22, Livermore Falls, charged with assault on June 8, filed with no cost.

Chad Gregory Alexander, 23, Minot, charged with four counts of allowing a dog to be at large on May 4, total restitution of $246.33 by default.

Joshua J. Alexander, 18, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on June 29, found guilty, fined $75.

Almighty Waste, Auburn, charged with an inadequate tires rule violation and failure to produce proof of commercial inspection on April 10 and an unsafe/defective vehicle rule violation on April 29, found guilty on all charges, fined $100 for each first and second charge; fined $250 on third charge.

Lucinda Andrews, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on July 4, dismissed.

Jessica L. Arbogast, 19, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 29, found guilty, fined $100 and $400 restitution.

Kenneth Arnold, 36, Auburn, charged with assault on Jan. 28 and Jan. 31, and stalking and two counts of terrorizing on June 5, probation violation on first and second charges, sentenced to 300 days and probation partially revoked for each charge; third fourth and fifth charges transferred to Superior Court.

Ronald N. Arsenault, 35, Gray, charged with operating after suspension on May 16, sent to jury trial.

Andrew Asselin, 38, New Gloucester, charged with assault on June 18, filed with no cost.

Chad J. Aube, 23, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 11, found guilty, fined $200.

Maurice Aube, 52, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order on June 23, found guilty, fined $500.

Pauline Aube, 49, Sabattus, charged with possession of marijuana on June 23, offense committed, fined $200.

Dennis Austin, 36, Lewiston, charged with burglary and two counts of robbery on Aug. 25, all charges transferred to Superior Court.
