LEWISTON – Several Bates College students are a part of The Visible Community and are here to support the group. A page A1 story Friday incorrectly attributed the creation of the group to the college students. Also, there has been $20 million invested in low- to moderate income housing in the last four years through public and private partnerships. A reference on Friday’s A3 of the same story indicated the city was the sole investor.
