NORTHPORT – The wedding of Danielle Smith and Damon Jotham was held on June 12 at a private cottage overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in Northport. A close friend of the bride’s family, Renee Lutz, officiated at the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Michael and Diane Smith of Auburn. The bridegroom is the son of Bill and Debby Jotham of Sarasota, Fla.

The couple was escorted down the aisle by their parents. The bride wore an ivory silk gown with fitted bodice and a full skirt and train. She carried a simple bouquet of dahlias and wild flowers.

Serving as maid of honor was the bride’s sister, Chelsea Smith, and bridesmaids were Loriann Magno and Sarah Bullet

Collin Jotham, the bridegroom’s brother, served as best man and groomsmen were Jeremy Tovitt and Matt Rixon.

An outdoor reception was held at Wind Cliff Cottage, with 120 guests from all over the country attending.

The bride is a 2001 graduate of Syracuse University. She is employed at Turner Broadcasting in Atlanta as a graphic designer.

The bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Florida State University and is a senior associate with Price Waterhouse Cooper.
