If you are one of the unfortunate ones locked into an HMO, your choices in health care are few. In most cases, your doctor’s hands are tied because he or she is employed by an HMO.

HMOs deprive their members of benefits and pass them on to politicians in hopes that they will look the other way. Special interest groups are slowly taking away Medicare and Social Security benefits from the working class.

Freedom of speech and choice are being taken away from us because our government is now run by greedy corporate special interests for profits.

We should be able to choose doctors and hospitals of our choice. Patients and their families don’t need to be burdened with unnecessary stress.
