LEWISTON – The Lewiston Senior Citizens will hold the annual Christmas party on Friday, Dec. 3, at the Multi-Purpose Center gym, 145 Birch St. The party is open to the public.
There will be a social hour from 4 to 5 p.m. in the Senior Activity Room where refreshments will be served.
Doors to the gym will open at 5 p.m. and a baked ham dinner will be at 5:30. Dancing and entertainment by vocal trio, Present Company, will be from 6 to 10 p.m. The cost is $15 a person for the dinner and dance; or $5 for the dance only.
Members expect a visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus and maybe a Christmas elf or two. There will be a door prize, raffle table and 50/50. For tickets or more information, call the Senior Office at 784-2926, ext. 207 or 204, from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Those attending need to purchase tickets early so planners may have an accurate count before Wednesday, Dec. 1.
