LEWISTON – The following cases were closed recently in 8th District Court.

Ronald Goulet, 45, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on Nov. 13, 2003, dismissed.

Robert E. Goyette Jr., 44, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on July 22 and violating condition of release on July 22 and Sept. 17, found guilty on all charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $150 on second charge; sentenced to 48 hours on third charge.

Shannon M. Grant, 25, Bridgton, charged with violating condition of release and disorderly conduct on Aug. 23, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Jeremy Greenan, 19, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct and violating condition of release on July 16, found guilty on both charges, fined $75 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge.

Alfred Gregory III, 44, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 3, sent to jury trial.

John R. Grenier, 31, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence and possession of marijuana on May 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days; offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Brett Griffin, 32, Auburn, charged with reckless conduct on Aug. 5, transferred to Superior Court.

Christopher Griswold, 38, North Turner, charged with assault on Feb. 12, permanently transferred to Superior Court, sentenced to 120 days with all but 48 hours suspended and one year probation.

Jason Grizzard, 20, Lewiston, charged with burglary and two counts of robbery on Aug. 5, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 1, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Nathan Hale Grondin, 21, Bowdoinham, charged with possession of marijuana on July 17, adjudicated, fined $200.

Steven W. Grover, 20, Lewiston, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 1, dismissed.

Jason P. Guenette, 27, Monmouth, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Francis B. Gurschick, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 17, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Richard G. Haley, 44, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 12, found guilty, fined $500 and license suspended for 90 days.

Gabriel Elijah Hall, 24, Richmond, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, carrying a concealed weapon, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, and cultivating marijuana on July 10, found guilty on first and second charges, fined $300 on first charge; fined $100 on second charge; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $400.

Rodney E. Hall, 57, Lewiston, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation and operating under the influence on June 12, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Samantha L. Hall, 19, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on June 30, found guilty, fined $300.

Elaine Hamilton, 43, Poland, charged with assault on July 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Gregory K. Hamilton, 39, New Gloucester, charged with assault on June 18 and violating condition of release on Aug. 18, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Anthony C. Handley, 50, Sabattus, charged with failure to make an accident report on July 30, found guilty, fined $75.

Alysha Lynn Hanley, 22, Castlegar, charged with driving a motor vehicle 30 plus mph over the speed limit on July 20, found guilty, fined $300.

John M. Hansen, 21, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on July 7, offense committed, fined $200.

Amanda Faye Hare, 27, Livermore Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on July 29, filed with no cost.

Adam W. Harkins, 22, Wayne, charged with criminal mischief on Oct. 10, 2003, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Jacqueline A. Harris, 22, Auburn, charged with assault on July 16, sent to jury trial.

Miles R. Hartford, 23, Turner, charged with operating a motor vehicle after revocation on May 16, transferred to Superior Court.



Richard R. Haslip, 56, Poland, charged with unlawfully permitting watercraft operation on July 25, found guilty, fined $125.

Kathryn Haydon, 39, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 1, found guilty, fined $75.

Richard Heath, 56, Oxford, charged with operating under the influence and operating without a license on July 9, both charges sent to jury trial.

Erika M. Hedin, 19, Athens, Ohio, charged with criminal trespass on July 13, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Kimberly D. Heina, 40, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on July 6, sent to jury trial.

Jay Henson, 26, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 14, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months.

Scott M. Henson, 31, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on June 6, found guilty, fiend $100.

Angel G. Hernandez, 42, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 10, found guilty, fined $75.

Donald L. Herrick, 57, Lewiston, charged with a 14 hour operation rule violation on July 19, found guilty, fined $250.

Angela M. Herring, 26, Lisbon Falls, charged with failing to have a fishing license or permit on Aug. 3, found guilty, fined $68.

James M. Hershkowitz, 21, Lewiston, charged with possession of marijuana on July 1, offense committed, fined $200.

Brandi L. Hesketh, 21, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 26, found guilty, fined $75.

Suzanne J. Hesketh Keithan, 35, Minot, charged with cultivating marijuana on July 31, found guilty, fined $300.
