AUBURN – Harry F. Nason of Auburn has been recognized for his 50 years of membership in Rotary International by the Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Breakfast Club and Elaine Toussaint, Rotary’s district governor for part of Maine, eastern Quebec and northern New Brunswick.

“Harry is a model of Rotary’s motto, Service above Self’,” said club President Sherwood Moody. “We are delighted to have our district governor here to recognize him.”

The Auburn-Lewiston Rotary Breakfast Club meets each Wednesday at 7:15 a.m. to hear presentations on community issues and projects. The club also provides nearly $20,000 to support local nonprofit organizations with money from fund-raising activities, including the new Trip of the Month raffle, which begins in December.
