LIVERMORE FALLS – Two Livermore Falls men were arrested Sunday on charges of disorderly conduct.
Police had responded to a report of a loud party Saturday night at 35 Knapp St. and were called back after a dispute at 1:50 a.m. Sunday, Police Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said.
Mark W. Langlais, 51, of 35 Knapp St. had reported the loud party at the apartment building, and apparently later went to take photographs of his belongings in a downstairs common room because he thought someone was going to destroy them, Steward said.
Somebody tried to grab Langlais’ camera from him and a fight ensued, and a Lewiston man was knocked to the ground, he said.
Officers Brock Caton and Eric Bernier arrested Langlais and Troy Berry, 21, of 35 Knapp St. and charged them with disorderly conduct, the chief said.
Berry was also arrested on a warrant, Steward said.
