FARMINGTON – The University of Maine Cooperative Extension is offering an opportunity for the public to engage in a discussion about educational issues and local needs for communities.
Participants in “Shaping Our Future: A Planning Discussion for Cooperative Extension” will help provide input on educational priorities and direction for the next five years.
The meeting will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at North Dining Hall of Olsen Student Center at the University of Maine at Farmington.
Pre-registration is not required but is requested for planning purposes. People may register by calling the Franklin County Extension Office at 778-4650 or 1-800-287-1478. Door prizes will be awarded.
People with disabilities who will need accommodations to participate in the program are asked to call Raymond Corey at the Franklin County Extension Office at the numbers listed above to discuss their needs.
