An Oxford County grand jury indicted Rodney Allen Kneeland, 30, on two felony theft charges, one felony burglary, and misdemeanor charges of criminal mischief and violating conditions of release.

The second indictment alleges that on Oct. 4, Kneeland burglarized the business, took more than $1,000, damaged a lock, and violated pre-conviction bail on the condition that he commit no new criminal conduct nor return to Rumford’s Dunkin’ Donuts.
