WESTBROOK – Sebago Technics Inc., a consulting engineering, landscape architecture, and land-survey firm, has announced that Lee Jay Feldman has been hired as the director of planning.

Feldman will be responsible for reviewing site plans prior to application submission, packaging, developing and reviewing planning applications and assisting Sebago Technics staff with all phases of the planning board process as well as business development.

Feldman has 20 years of planning experience, most recently as director of planning and permitting for the city of Auburn. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine Farmington, with a major in geography and a minor in land planning. Feldman is a member of the American Planning Association, Maine Association of Planners, and the Economic Development Council of Maine. He lives in Auburn with his family.
