AUBURN – St. Dominic Regional High School’s Drama Society will present its fourth annual variety show at 7 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 11.
The show will be held in the commons at the new high school, 121 Gracelawn Road.
The Drama Society began hosting this event after Sept. 11, 2001.
Members wanted to make a donation to help out the families who fell victim to this tragedy, and the idea of a variety show performance was proposed. They then decided to open the event up to the entire student body, and all proceeds were donated to the cause.
This has become an annual event, with a new charity is chosen each year. This year, the society will donate all funds raised to Brother Richards and the St. Martin de Porres homeless shelter in Lewiston.
