POLAND SPRING – The wedding of Evelyn Y. Dean and Adam P. Chabot was held at 4 p.m. on May 22 at All Souls Chapel in Poland Spring. Norman Burnell officiated at the ceremony.
Mrs. Chabot is the daughter of Donald Dean of Raymond and Bertha Dean of Oxford. Mr. Chabot is the son of Heide Bryant of Hebron and Arthur Chabot, formerly of Poland.
The bride, given in marriage by her father and her brother, Michael Dean, wore a white strapless gown with beadwork and sequins. She carried a bouquet of white roses, lilacs and baby’s breath.
Beth Saunders, best friend, attended as matron of honor and bridesmaids were Jennifer Cormier, Lisa Gowell and Melissa Dulac, friends.
Serving as best man for his best friend was Adam Bowie and ushers were Jim Cormier and Paul Dulac, friends, and Darren Pulkkinen, cousin.
A reception followed at the American Legion Hall in Mechanic Falls.
The bride is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and Thomas College. She is employed at Banknorth in Lewiston.
The bridegroom is a graduate of Oxford Hills High School and is employed at Marc’s Auto Body in Auburn.
