Nancy Aube, 32, New Bedford, Mass., charged with operating unregistered ATV on July 10, by default, fined $125.

Joseph Bailey, 22, Jefferson, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 16, both charges waived, fined $200 for first charge, $100 for second.

Richard Baker, 26, Norway, charged with possession of marijuana on Aug. 7, adjudicated, fined $300.
