LEWISTON – The following cases were recently closed in 8th District Court.

Andrew I. Shevenell, 23, Lewiston, charged with motor vehicle speeding: 30 plus miles over the speed limit on April 20, found guilty, fined $300.

Andy Silva, 20, Lewiston, charged with violating protective order on July 25, found guilty, fined $200.

Steve Simpson, 47, Greene, charged with allowing dog to be at large on July 3, by default, fined $50.

Marc Sinclair, 18, Poland, charged with sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 25, by default, fined $100.

John Skolfield II, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana on July 4, found guilty on first charge, fined $200, all but $100 suspended, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

James M. Small, 25, Auburn, charged with possession of marijuana and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 19, offense committed, fined $200 on first charge and $75 on second charge.

Darcy J. Smith, 27, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on July 11, found guilty, fined $400, sentenced to 96 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Jason Smith, 24, Roxbury, Mass., charged with aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs on Aug. 20, transferred to Superior Court.

Joshua Smith, 26, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on July 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Mark Stephen Smith, 49, Sanford, charged with being an habitual motor vehicle offender on June 9, transferred to Superior Court.

Wade S. Smith, 32, Freeport, charged with operating vehicle without a license and operating vehicle with expired temporary registration on May 21, found guilty, fined $100 on first charge, $75 on second charge.

Daniel W. Spacek, 22, Salem, Mass., charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit and possession of marijuana on July 18, found guilty on first charge, fined $300, all but $100 suspended, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

David St. Germaine, 18, Lewiston, charged with procuring liquor for minor on June 6, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

Jason A. St. Hilaire, 21, Sabattus, charged with unlawful use of license on July 4, found guilty, fined $100.

Kris A. St. Laurent, 26, Canton, charged with operating after suspension on Feb. 21, 2003, permanently transferred to Superior Court, fined $200.

Gregory L. St. Pierre, 25, Lewiston, charge with operating under the influence on July 10, found guilty, fined $400, licensed suspended 90 days.

Terry L. Stairs, 42, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on July 20, dismissed.

Chad E. Stewart, 22, Livermore Falls, charged with allowing dog to be at large on July 6, offense committed, fined $50.

Brittany Strong, 25, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on April 11, found guilty, fined $400, license suspended 90 days.

Ryan M. Strople, 23, Lisbon, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 28, 2003, found guilty, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail, ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $100.

David J. Strout, 19, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 23, found guilty, fined $75.

Donna Sweet, 28, Livermore Falls, charged with disorderly conduct on July 29, filed with no cost.

David M. Tabor, 24, Lisbon, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on July 10, found guilty, fined $300.

Henry J. Talbot, 34, North Monmouth, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 22, found guilty, fined $200, all but $100 suspended.

William J. Tardif, 36, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on June 13, sent to jury trial.

Philip Tarmey, 22, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on May 21, found guilty, fined $75.

Juan Tejada, 27, Lynn, Mass., charged with motor vehicle speeding, 30 plus miles over the speed limit on Aug. 5, found guilty, fined $300.

Craig Thibodeau, 19, Lewiston, charged with disorderly conduct on July 6, found guilty, fined $75.

Lee Stanley Thomas, 38, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without license and failing to register vehicle on July 14, found guilty on both charges, fined $100 on first charge, fined $75 on second charge, suspended.

Gary P. Tripp, 51, Litchfield, charged with failing to have fishing license or permit on Aug. 7, found guilty, fined $68.

Stacy Turcotte, 34, Jay, charged with operating under the influence and operating after suspension and attaching false motor vehicle plates on April 10, sentenced to 200 days in Androscoggin County Jail, probation partially revoked.

Sean Unterkoefler, 18, Lisbon Falls, charged with unlawful possession of scheduled drug and minor consuming liquor on May 23, found guilty on first charge fined $200, offense committed on second charge, fined $200.

Christopher M. Upton, 28, Norway, charged with two counts of violating condition of release on July 16, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail, second charge dismissed.

James Vallee, 36, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to four days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days.

Lisa M. Vallee, 31, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on March 3, dismissed.

Rachel Vankeuren, 26, Oakland, charged with disorderly conduct on May 21, filed, fined $50.

Ronald A. Vaughn, 35, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence, failing to give correct name, address or DOB, operating vehicle without license on Sept. 12, found guilty on first charge, fined $600, sentenced to four days in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, license suspended 90 days, found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, stayed, third charge dismissed.

James Vining, 42, Lewiston, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 28, first charge transferred to Superior Court, second charge dismissed.

Amanda L. Wallace, 25, New Gloucester, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 24, found guilty, fined $100, ordered to pay restitution of $25.

Stephen Joseph Warren, 25, Lewiston, charged with burglary and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on July 10, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Andrew D. Washer, 36, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Sept. 8, found guilty on both charges, sentenced to 24 hours in Androscoggin County Jail for each charge.

Watsons Property Maintenance Inc., Lisbon, charged with rule violation missing or broken brake components, April 14, waived, fined $100.

John Birch Webster, 29, Damascus, Ariz., charged with rule violation, operation with false duty on April 15, found guilty, fined $500.

John P. Welch, 37, Auburn, charged with criminal threatening and disorderly conduct on July 21, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Rachel Whalen, 29, Nashville, Tenn., charged with theft of services on June 5, 2000, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours in Androscoggin County Jail, ordered to pay restitution of $21.14.

Audrey Wheeler, 53, Waterford, charged with endangering the welfare of a dependent person and assault on May 22, 2003, sent to jury trial.

Christopher T. White, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without a license on June 29, found guilty, fined $100.

William C. Whitman, 58, Turner, charged with displaying fictitious vehicle certificate on May 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Andrew J. Wildes, 51, Sabattus, charged with operating under the influence and violating condition of release on June 25, sent to jury trial.

Jared R. Wildman, 20, Waterville, charted with failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on July 28, found guilty, fined $75.

Brandon Robert Williams, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating vehicle without a license on April 9, found guilty, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Jamie A. Wilson, 27, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 2, found guilty, sentenced to two days in Androscoggin County Jail.

Daniel Winegardner, 31, Auburn, charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution on Jan. 2, 2002, found guilty, fined $100.

Crystal Lee Wood, 25, Augusta, charged with habitual motor vehicle offender on July 3, found guilty, fined $300.

Benjamin R. Worster, 25, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, July 27, found guilty, fined 4150.

Derek Wright, 18, Greene, charged with transportation of drugs by minor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia on July 25, first charge dismissed, second charge adjudicated, fined $200.

Michael Young, 41, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on April 5, 2004, found guilty, fined $200.

Aweys Hassan Yussuf, 29, Lewiston, charged with criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, June 11, dismissed.
