LEWISTON – On Tuesday, Dec. 7, an Androscoggin County Chamber of Commerce Brown Bag Roundtable Discussion will focus on the most common mistakes made by businesses in choosing insurance products. Scott Simmonds of Insurance Consultants of Maine will facilitate the meeting.

The Brown Bag Roundtable Discussion will be from noon to 1:15 p.m. at Chamber offices, 179 Lisbon St., Lewiston.

Simmonds has developed a program that highlights 20 common business insurance issues, including: not having the appropriate agent, splitting coverage between two or more insurance agents, and not reviewing coverage with an agent on a regular basis.

No registration fee is required. Members are asked to bring their own lunch and to reserve their place by calling the Chamber at 783-2249.
