Receiving assists were Kolby Arnold, Mat Gordon and Matt Cote. . . Jordan Haskell scored the lone goal as Day’s nipped Waterville 1-0 in a thriller. . . In another close contest, Auburn squeezed out a 2-1 victory over Mid-Coast. Arnold and Cody Russell scored the goals. . . Millett collected 2 goals and Haskell and Cody S. Russell added 1 each as Auburn defeated Biddeford 4-1. Credited with assists were Haskell (2), Dylan Nadeau (2), Cody D. Russell and Cote. Cody Violette goaled all 4 games and stopped 69 of 72 shots.
Auburn Peewees tied 2 games during the weekend, the first a 3-3 deadlock with Skowhegan. Josh Prue scored 2 Auburn goals. Thomas Greco netted the other. Earning assists were Ethan Ward, Zack Knapp, Dan Poisson and Elijah Lamothe (2). Jacob Lapierre donned the pads. Caron tallied 2 goals for Skowhegan. Gove popped the other. Johnson and Elliot received assists. Rourke tended goal. . . Auburn and the Junior Maineiacs skated to a 2-2 tie. Knapp and Lamothe scored for Auburn, with Lamothe assisting. Lapierre was between the pipes. Zack Selner collected both goals for Lewiston. Assists went to Kristen Lacasse and Erin Tyner. Richie Belanger tended net.
Millett Realty Mites Bruins went 1-0-1 during the weekend. Auburn beat the Lewiston Junior Maineiacs 4-2 as Tanner Ramich, Kaleb Bridgham, Dominique Belanger and Kyle Radziszewski all lit the lamp. Receiving assists were Ramich, Conor Drouin, Belanger (3), Cameron Berube, Radziszewski and Jacob Simard. Ryan Lavoie was the winning goalie. Cameron Boucher netted both goals for Lewiston. Collecting 2 assists each were Brady Cusson and Ethan Cailler. . . Auburn and the Gorham Huskies skated to a 2-2 tie. David Despins and Bridgham scored the goals, with assists going to Rylee Letourneau and Belanger. Lavoie again donned the pads. Matt Bridges and Mick Mansir scored for Gorham.
