The Lady Wildcats soccer team had an unbelievable season this year! They had their highest scoring, and highest wins ever this year! The captains of the Lady Wildcats were all eighth graders, their names are Kendra Vyr, Alexa Doyer, and Jen Baril. They traveled all around no meet and hopefully beat the other teams.

The lead scorer of the season was none other than captain Jen Baril with a total of six goals. Next came seventh grader Brittany Michaud with four, eighth grader Kendra Vyr with three, seventh grader Courtney Phillips with two, and seventh grader’s Heather Johnson and Stephanie Tuel, and eighth grader Britney Groves with one.

The Lady Wildcats over all record was six wins, five losses, and two ties. They gave up twenty-five goals, and scored twenty. They finished their season over .500, and are very glad with the outcome of the season.

Right-wing Kelly Bickford says, It was fun. Mr Rose was a great coach, just don’t spit at him.”

Captain Kendra Vyr comments, “The season went really well, and we did so much better than other years.”

Mid-fielder Heather Johnson states, ” It was fun making Mr. Rose mad at us. When he got mad at us, we had to run, so we got conditioned. We could out-run most of the teams.”

Right-defense player Sam St. Pierre recalls that, ” We had a great time,”

” Mr. Rose is the best girls soccer coach.” Courtney Phillips replies,

The Lady Wildcat’s coach, Mr. Greg Rose did a fantastic job coaching the girls and they all hope he is the coach next year too!
