The Lisbon High School Interact Club is enjoying another year of community service in the Lisbon area. At the end of October, Interact assisted the local Rotary Club in hosting the annual community spaghetti supper and auction. Upcoming events include the community Thanksgiving supper. Coats for Kids, toy drive for the less fortunate during the Christmas season and ringing bells to benefit the Salvation Army, LHS Winter Carnival and many more. Interact Club participants are a dedicated group of individuals who care about the community and its residents, as is the club’s advisor, Mr. Jeff Harper. It is gratifying to have the opportunity to help people and we would like to encourage other students to do the same. Interact Club always accepts new members and welcomes ideas for other ways to help the community.
