Although the regular season games do not begin until December 17, basketball fans will not be without one of their favorite sports as Edward Little High School will host its fourth Pizza Hut Tip Off Tournament Friday and Saturday, Dec. 10 and 11, at the ELHS gymnasium.

Other teams slated to participate along with Edward Little are Leavitt, Gardiner, and Kennebunk High Schools.

Pizza Hut on Center Street in Auburn is sponsoring the tournament, providing meals for all the teams following the games on Saturday.

The games are set to get under way at 6 p.m. on Friday and 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.

“No matter what the outcome, we hope all the students, coaches and fans have an enjoyable time at this annual Pizza Hut Tip-Off Tournament,” said Coach Mike Adams of Edward Little, “because success cannot always be measured in wins and losses.”
