AUBURN – Say “Happy Holidays” this year by giving Auburn Public Library hand-painted glass Christmas balls to book lovers. To mark the 100-year anniversary the library’s Carnegie building, Friends of the Auburn Public Library, with the help of Murdock Country Creations, offer a limited edition, keepsake Christmas ball. There are 100 available and each ornament is numbered and packaged.

In addition, Friends of the Library have introduced their first in a series of Christmas ball collectibles that will be featured each holiday season starting this year with a little book-toting snowman on a snowy background against a bright red matte finish.

“It’s a delightful and whimsical keepsake that people will want for themselves and for gifts. We hope that folks will want them each year. Both our limited edition and annual ornaments make great gifts and, more importantly, support the Library,” said member Carol Seward, who worked with Murdock Country Creations on both Christmas designs.

Auburn Public Library Christmas ornaments are on sale at the Auburn Public Library located at the Auburn Mall.
