POLAND SPRING – Keri Rothermel and Troy Chaput were wed on Aug. 28 at All Soul’s Chapel in Poland Spring, with a reception following at Spring Meadow Country Club in Gray.

The bride is a 1990 graduate of Fryeburg Academy in Fryeburg and received a bachelor’s degree from Plymouth State in 1994 and a master’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., in 1996. She is a school-based social worker for Sweetser Family Services, counseling at Mt. Ararat High School and Coffin Elementary School.

The bridegroom a 1986 graduate of Morse High School in Bath and received his bachelor’s degree in mathematics in 1992 from the University of Southern Maine in Portland. He is a retail analyst for L.L. Bean.

The bride is the daughter of Jane and Roger Williams of Lovell and Wesley Rothermel of Belfast. The bridegroom is the son of Carol Lab of Bath.

Attending the wedding were the bride’s grandmothers, Shirley Persky of Palm Beach, Fla., and June Rothermel of Sunbury, Pa.

The maid of honor was the bride’s friend, Stephanie Hicks, and maids of honor were Heather Rothermel, sister-in-law of the bride, and friend, Danielle Arsenault Rowland.

The best man was his brother, Randy Chaput, and ushers were Andrew Ouellette and Jeff Bird.

Flower girls were Anna Williams, niece of the bride, and Amelia Rowland. Ring bearer was Frances Rowland.

Mr. and Mrs. Chaput honeymooned in San Francisco and Kauai and reside in Durham.
