All of the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 1 in Rumford District Court:

• Deborah L. Grant, 50, of Rumford, on a 1995 Kennebec Sheriff’s Office warrant for failure to appear, at 1:41 p.m. on Dec. 10 on Penobscot Street. She was released on $100 cash bail.

• Joshua P. Gagnon, 29, of Rumford, on a charge of operating under the influence, second offense, at 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 10 on Waldo Street. He was released on $750 unsecured bail.

• Tammy L. Welch, 33, of Rumford, on a charge of trafficking in prescription narcotics, at 2:35 p.m. on Dec. 8 following execution of a search warrant by Rumford and Mexico police and Maine Drug Enforcement Agency agents at 206 Cumberland St. Welch was released on $1,000 unsecured bail.

Summonses

All of the following are to be arraigned on Feb. 1 in Rumford District Court:

• Jason A. Cole, 24, of Rumford, on a charge of operating without a Maine license, 1:09 p.m. on Dec. 9 on Lincoln Avenue. Cole’s New Hampshire driver’s license is suspended.

• A 16-year-old Mexico boy, on a charge of operating an unregistered all-terrain vehicle, on Dec. 7 on a walking trail at the Hosmer Field Complex.

Incidents

• Dec. 9, 9:30 p.m. – Sgt. Tracey Higley responded to a call for assistance from Oxford County Sgt. Timothy Holland for a reported domestic assault at a Main Street residence in Peru. Higley assisted Holland in arresting Terry Blackwell, 38, of Peru, on a charge of domestic assault. Blackwell was released on $300 unsecured bail.
