ANDOVER – The Town Office will open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Dec. 20, 21 and 22; it will be closed Dec. 23 and 24. It will be open 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dec. 27 and 28, open 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. Dec. 29 and closed Dec. 30 and 31. The Transfer Station will be closed Saturday, Dec. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 1.
