“Convicted of murder for personal property destruction.” Sound crazy? Scott Peterson will probably be sentenced to life in prison or death, due, in part, to charges that he murdered an unborn child.

According to about 50 percent of the country (pro-abortion folks), it is not a child, it is personal property, not a human (yet), or it is part of the mother’s body, which allows for personal choice, right? The U.S. Supreme Court says so. That is the legal ground the justices used. In the Roe v. Wade case, arguments had nothing to do with so-called choice.

The legal premise and arguments pro-abortion folks rely on is that a fetus is not legally a person.

So, today, 50 percent or so of the country (pro-abortion folks) still think it is legal to kill for convenience (viewed by them as destroying personal property), using pre-DNA thinking. Yet it is those same people who want to gang up and put Peterson in jail in part for killing an unborn child and calling it first-degree murder.

Wow.
