BETHEL – One of Shakespeare’s romantic comedies will come to life on stage Saturday, Dec. 18, in the Children’s Stage Adventure’s new musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s “Midsummer Dream.”
The show features an original comic script by Lorrie Gray and original music composed by Lorrie Gray with lyrics by Lorrie and Rob Gray and features more than 50 local children.
The play will be staged at 2 and 7 p.m. at Crescent Park School. Student tickets are $8 and adults, $10. Tickets are available at the door. For further information, call Kelly Myers at 875-2298.
The CSA residency in Bethel is sponsored by the Crescent Park, Andover and Woodstock PTAs.
The audience is invited to bring cameras for a photo session that will follow the play. It is requested that no flash photos be taken during the presentation.
