SOUTH PORTLAND – Patricia Butterfield of Winthrop recently was honored for her 13,500 hours of volunteer service.

She was one of 14 women honored for more than 143,000 hours of in-home care and 10 years of service at the 10th anniversary of Home Care for Maine, a statewide home care agency.
