LEWISTON – Rowe Builders moved into a tie for first place in the B-2 Division of the Multi-Purpose Center Coed Volleyball League this week. Rowe swept 3 games from Newcomers, 21-5, 21-11, 21-12. Rowe and Janet McCarthy Realtor, idle this week, are now tied for the sunberth with 17-4 records.

In other B-2 action, E.J. Drywall took 3 from Mountain Road R.V., 21-14, 21-10, 21-14, and Fontaine Family did likewise against Del Sol, 21-8, 21-10, 21-10. There will be no matches Dec. 23. League action resumes Dec. 30, as follows; 6:30, Mountain Road R.V. vs Newcomers; 7:30, E.J. Drywall vs Rowe Builders; 8:30, Fontaine Family vs Janet McCarthy Realtor.

In the A Division Thursday, Just Over the Bridge maintained its 1 game lead by sweeping Superior Concrete, 25-17, 25-21, 25-21, and Greeley’s Garage swept Trytek & Sons, 25-22, 25-18, 26-24. There are no matches slated next week. Action resumes Dec. 30, as follows: 6:30, Greeley’s Garage vs Superior Concrete; 7:30, Trytek & Sons vs Just Over The Bridge.
