LEWISTON – The wedding of Kimberly Lynn Dionne and Joshua Shane McLeod was held at 1 p.m. on June 12 at Holy Family Church in Lewiston. The Rev. Andrew Dubois officiated at the ceremony.

Mrs. McLeod is the daughter of Donald and Crystal Dionne of Lewiston. Mr. McLeod is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Wetherby of Milford, Mass., and Fred McLeod of Shapleigh.

The bride, given in marriage by her father, wore a gown of Italian satin with one-shoulder bodice with gathered waist and Alencon lace embellished with bugle beads and crystals, A-line skirt with semi-Cathedral train and split front adorned with underlay. A rhinestone tiara supported her fingertip veil and she carried a bouquet of white roses and lilies with stephanotis and pearls.

Karen Boucher was matron of honor for her sister and bridesmaids were Meghan Dennison and Jessica Labrecque, friends of the bride, and Lisa McCammon, sister of the bridegroom.

Jeffrey McLeod, brother of the bridegroom, attended as best man and ushers were Michael Laurendeau, Aaron Marchand and Robert Waterman, friends of the bridegroom. Jonathan, Gavin and Keegan McLeod, nephews of the bridegroom, were ring bearers.

A reception followed at the Marriot at Sable Oaks, after which the couple traveled to Sandals at St. Lucia. They are residing at Framingham, Mass.

The bride received a master’s degree in physical therapy from the University of New England in 2002 and is employed as a physical therapist on the rehabilitation unit at the Hebrew Rehab Center for Aged in Boston, Mass.

The bridegroom received an associate degree in criminal justice from Southern Maine Community College in 2002 and is currently an EMT/firefighter for the Town of Sudbury, Mass.
