Robert J. Hart, 21, Auburn, charged with criminal mischief on Aug. 11, and assault, obstructing the report of a crime, criminal threatening and theft by unauthorized use of property on Oct. 23, found guilty on first charge, fined $100 and $810.13 restitution; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 20 says suspended and two years probation; third charge dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, sentenced to 180 days with all but 20 days suspended and two years probation; fifth charge dismissed.

Miles R. Hartford, 23, Turner, charged with operating an ATV on a controlled access way on May 16, fined $200 by default.

Aaron Harvey, 22, Lewiston, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation on July 29, transferred to Superior Court.

Matthew D. Harvey, 28, Litchfield, charged with assault on July 3, found guilty, sentenced to 364 days with all but 48 hours suspended and two years probation.

William Harvey, 22, Litchfield, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 7, found guilty, sentenced to three days.

Michael W. Hasenfus, 40, Rumford, charged with attaching false plates on Aug. 9, found guilty, fined $75.

Daren M. Haslip, 20, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Sept. 24, sent to jury trial.

Jonathan S. Heath, 28, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Dec. 21, 2003, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for one year.

Donald Ottis Hebert IV, 39, Lewiston, charged with failure to register a vehicle on Aug. 13, found guilty, fined $50.

Gregory Hebert, 45, Auburn, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 29, 2001, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Shawn T. Hendricks, 29, Poland, charged with failure to notify owner of property damage accident, being a habitual motor vehicle offender and operating under the influence on Aug. 5, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Catherine Hewey, 41, Lewiston, charged with assault on Sept. 21, sent to jury trial.

Justin M. Heywood, 22, Auburn, charged with two counts of criminal mischief on May 31, 2003, both charges adjudicated, probation continued, no sentenced imposed for each charge.

Amy Higgins, 26, Franklin, N.H., charged with being a fugitive from justice on Oct. 6, dismissed.

Meghan L. Hildebrand, 24, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating after suspension on June 2, found guilty, fined $300.

Amy L. Hill,, 19, Lewiston, charged with criminal speed on July 2, dismissed.

Jeremy I. Hiltz, 26, Turner, charged with theft by unauthorized use of property on July 24, transferred to Superior Court.

Michelle Hiltz, 23, Auburn, charged with assault, and disorderly conduct on July 8, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $150.

Dean C. Hinkley II, 19, Sabattus, charged with operating an ATV on a public way on Sept. 11, fined $75 by default.

Kelly A. Hinkley, 41, Lewiston, charged with harassment by telephone on Sept. 26, found guilty, fined $100.

Leein A. Hinkley, 24, Sabattus, charged with aggravated criminal trespass on Jan. 21, Aug. 21 and Sept. 5, and violating condition of release on Aug. 21 and Sept. 5, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

Nathan D. Hinxman, 18, Auburn, charged with burglary of a motor vehicle and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on June 29, both charges transferred to Superior Court.

Robert M. Holcomb Jr., 25, Sabattus, charged with four counts of aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs on March 31, all charges transferred to Superior Court.

James M. Holmes, 67, Lewiston, charged with operating a business without a license on Aug. 18, offense committed, fined $50.

Johnny M. Holmes, 25, Gray, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on July 29, found guilty, fined $200 with all but $100 suspended.

John Holt, 47, Augusta, charged with operating under the influence on April 18, found guilty, fined $400 and license suspended for 90 days.

William J. Homan, 30, Gray, charged with procuring liquor for a minor on April 10, dismissed.

Brian Letourneau, 35, Lisbon, charged with assault on Sept. 9, found guilty, sentenced to 120 days in Androscoggin County Jail, all suspended, probation two years.

Raylene Levesque, 23, Madison, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery on Aug. 2, found guilty, fined $75 on first charge, fined $75 and ordered to pay restitution of $305.17 on second charge.
