NORTH YARMOUTH – The Southern Maine Folk Association Wescustogo Dance Series Saturday, Jan. 8, will feature the Mighty Cloud of Fiddlers, led by Greg Boardman of Lewiston. Bill Olson will be the caller.
Proceeds from this contradance will be donated to Habitat for Humanity.
A family dance will be held from 6 to 7:30 p.m. for $3 a person or $12 maximum for a family. A potluck supper will be from 7:30 to 8:30; for that people can bring food or pay $5. The contradance will be from 8:30 until midnight for $8 or $6 for members of the association.
Wescustogo Hall is on Route 115.
All dances are taught; and beginners and singles are welcome. People may also simply sit in the balcony and listen.
