PARIS – Selectmen will hold a public hearing Monday for a liquor license for a banquet center and bar proposed on Main Street.
Formerly operated as Goldstreet, the Country Way and El Dorado, the building at 187 Main St. was purchased by Paris residents Todd Truman and Scott Buffington at a September auction.
The front section of the big yellow banquet center and restaurant has since been demolished. Truman and Buffington will operate a banquet center and pool hall at the location, Truman has said.
Monday’s public hearing will be held during the selectmen’s regular meeting, which begins at 7 p.m. at the town office.
