TOPSHAM – Wright-Pierce civil and environmental engineering firm has recently added three new employees.

Darrin D. Lary is a project engineer in the Topsham office Water Division. He graduated from the University of Maine with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. Before returning to Maine from Vermont to join Wright-Pierce, he gained 10 years experience in municipal water treatment, including plant design and construction, distribution, groundwater evaluation and site permitting.

He resides with his family in Bowdoinham.

Joseph K. Potter is an engineering technician. He graduated from the Franklin Institute of Boston, with a major in electro-mechanical drafting and has also attended Northeastern University to study mechanical engineering. In addition to his field experience, he has 18 years experience in design/drafting on projects which include large industrial and commercial PVC fabric buildings and marine heating, ventilation, and air conditioning and piping design. He resides in Windham.

Richard G. Protasowicki, P.E., is a project manager working for the water division in the Andover, Mass., office. He received both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees degrees in civil engineering with an environmental concentration from Northeastern University in Boston. He has several years experience in project execution, including establishing scope, schedule, budget and client relations.

He in a member of the American Water Works Association and the New England Water Works Association, where he serves as a member of the Disinfection Committee. He lives in Littleton, Mass.
