Heather Boulanger, 24, Rumford, charged with failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident on Sept. 18, first charge dismissed, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Lori Chartier, 49, Dixfield, charged with allowing dog to be at large on Nov. 9, adjudicated, fined $50.

Steven Christman, 45, Oxford, charged with operating vehicle without license on Oct. 25, found guilty, fined $150.

William Clement, 60, Pennsburg, Pa., charged with failing to attach bear tag to bear, waived, fined $150.

Mark Costa, 23, Andover, charged with possession of marijuana on Oct. 7, adjudicated, fined $200.

Travis Cyr, 19, Rumford, charged with disorderly conduct on Oct. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Austern Naphtali Gill, 22, Farmington, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Oct. 31, found guilty, fined $250.

Belgian Kersey, 43, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension on June 7, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours in Oxford County Jail.
