PARIS – A new program to provide cell phones to eligible senior citizens in Oxford County is being undertaken by the Oxford County Regional Communications Center.

Cell Phones for Seniors is designed to help those who need a cell phone for their personal safety. To be eligible, a senior citizen living alone must have a yearly income of $11,000 or less; households of more than one must have an annual income of $15,000 or less.

Donations of cell phones are welcome.
