We could put a lot of oil back on the market by building hybrid-diesel electric ships that have wind turbines on them. There is plenty of wind out on the ocean to power up the lights, pumps and an underway electric motor. Also we could force millions of oil resistant balls into an oil field and force up the oil pressure, much like the equipment used to raise a ship. When you force enough inexpensively made balls, the old oil field would have enough pressure to produce again.
