STAFFORD SPRINGS, Conn. – Beatrice C. Chaplin, of Stafford Street, Stafford Springs, Conn., passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 29.

She was the wife of the late Russell W. Chaplin, who died April 22, 2002.

She was employed for many years with the former National Store, Big Bunny, and Johnson Memorial Hosptial CMEC staff, with whom she had many friends.

She is survived by her three loving children, Tim Chaplin of Poland Springs, Jeff Chaplin and his girlfriend, Kathy Parmalee, of Plainfield, Conn., and Judy Geary of Stafford Springs, Conn.; four grandchildren, Kim Bourque and her husband, Richard, and their children, Jeremy and Ryan of Gardiner, Kelly Laverdiere and her husband, Ritchie, and their daughter, Lysa, of Lewiston, Ray Blossom and his wife, Jen, and their son, Tristan, Lori Blossom and her children, Kayla, Scott and Morgan, all of Maine; a brother-in-law, Robert Chaplin, and his wife, Mary, of New Gloucester; special friends, Alice Godin, Gloria Comarella, Edie Greendonner and Cheryl Herring; and all her wonderful and kind neighbors.

She was predeceased by a loving daughter-in-law, Sonja Chaplin, of Maine.
