WINDSOR, Conn. – Marion (Stasulis) Valenti, 74, of Windsor, Conn., beloved wife of the late Joseph Valenti, died Wednesday, Jan. 5, at a local convalescent home.

Born Feb. 20, 1930 in Lewiston, the daughter of the late Stanley and Ursula (Gira) Stasulis, she lived in Lewiston and Hartford, Conn., before moving to Windsor 50 years ago.

She was a graduate from Lewiston High School. She was employed by Fuller Brush Co. for 40 years and later retired from the State of Connecticut’s Department of Transportation.

She was a parishioner of St. Gabriel Church, Windsor, and she was a volunteer worker at the Windsor Senior Center and a member of T.O.P.S.

She is survived by three daughters, Roselie Polo and her husband, John, of Avon, Conn., Marion Bouthet and her husband, George, of Newington, Conn., and JoAnn Capalbo and her husband, Richard, of Westerly, R.I.; a sister, Elizabeth Marquis of Cape Elizabeth; seven grandchildren, Lauren and Ashley Polo, Deborah Bouthet, George Bouthet and Lynn Sayman, Robert Bouthet and his wife, Victoria Nagelis-Bouthet, Matthew Johns and his wife, Colleen, and Craig Johns; and seven great-grandchildren.
