FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

Craig A. Gordon, 40, of Jay was charged with disorderly conduct Aug. 22 in Jay. He was fined $100.

Evan R. Gordon, 21, of Farmington was charged with reckless conduct May 21 in Farmington. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal mischief May 21 in Farmington, he was fined $200 and was ordered to make restitution of $590. A charge of driving beyond license restriction May 21 in Farmington was dismissed.

Evan R. Gordon, 21, of Farmington was charged with illegal transportation of drugs by a minor May 31 in New Sharon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of the sale and use of drug paraphernalia May 31 in New Sharon, he was fined $75.

Evan R. Gordon, 21, of Farmington was charged with being a minor possessing liquor June 12 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Roy L. Gordon, 34, of Wilton was charged with disorderly conduct July 10 in Wilton. He was fined $200.

Ivan L. Gould Jr., 52, of Lexington was charged with leaving a motor vehicle on the land of another Sept. 13 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Ivan L. Gould Jr., 52, of Lexington was charged with failing to clearly mark property lines Sept. 13 in Strong. The case was dismissed.

Michael J. Granberg, 34, of Rangeley was charged with kindling a fire without permission July 4 in Dallas Plantation. He was fined $100.

Shawn A. Grant, 42, of Farmington Falls was charged with failing to yield the right of way June 23 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Brandon W. Gray, 21, of Farmington was charged with assault Sept. 3 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 90 days. For a charge of driving under the influence Sept. 3 in Farmington, he was fined $800, sentenced for seven days and his license was suspended for 18 days. A charge of driving while license suspended or revoked Sept. 3 in Farmington was dismissed.

Shane A. Gray, 39, of Livermore Falls was charged with driving under the influence May 22 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of driving to endanger May 22 in Jay, he was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 30 days.

Lois M. Green, 52, of East Dixfield was charged with driving under the influence July 10 in Wilton. She was fined $1,200, sentenced for 30 days and her license was suspended for four years. A charge of driving vehicle without license July 10 in Wilton was dismissed.

Kathy L. Groder, 48, of Wilton was charged with driving under the influence Aug. 21 in Wilton. She was fined $500 and her license was suspended for 90 days.

Kenneth L. Groder, 49, of Solon was charged with theft by receiving stolen property Sept. 15 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal trespass Sept. 15 in Jay, he was fined $100.

Joseph A. Grover, 18, of Auburn was charged with driving to endanger June 4 in Wilton. The case was dismissed.

Cameron M. Groves, 19, of Wells was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 7 in Wilton. He was fined $68.

Cory J. Gurney, 28, of Jay was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report May 21 in Jay. The case was filed.
