Health lecture

BETHEL – The next Bridges to Health and Healing lecture will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Jan. 14, in the cafeteria of Crescent Park Elementary School. Janet Willie, message therapist, will give a talk titled “Journey Through Depression.” She will talk about resources – such as art, dream and movement therapy – that are available to help people through times of despair. The lecture is free to the public. Donations are accepted to help defray the costs of the lecture series.
