PORTLAND – Jeff and Laura Burnham announce the birth and death of their special angel, Jacob Phillip. Jacob was born, and given back to God on Jan. 5 at 6:45 p.m. at Maine Medical Center. Now he is in heaven where he will be held, cuddled, and loved by God, but he will live on in our hearts forever.

Jacob is survived by his parents; his sister Jordan, 5; and his brother Joshua, 2. Maternal grandparents are Joseph Keene of West Chester, Ohio and Janet Flanders of Norway; paternal grandparents are Arthur and Connie Burnham of Norway. Jacob also leaves behind several uncles, aunts, cousins and great-grandparents.
