WINDHAM – Kenneth M. Drouin, 33, of Cajun Court, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Jan. 9, the result of an auto accident in Windham.
Born in Lewiston, Jan. 22, 1971, he was the son of Maurice A. and Pauline C. (Frechette) Drouin. He graduated from Greely High School and the Portland Regional Vocational Institute, Class of 1989.
He was employed for Seabee Electric Company of Scarborough, for the past eight years. He was also a member of the Freeport Masonic Lodge #23.
One of his greatest joys was spending time with his family and friends. He was an expert bow hunter and also enjoyed line dancing, having taught line dancing for a period of time. He was very talented with his hands and recently enjoyed building his family’s home in Windham. Known as a leader and a giver, he will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
Surviving are his wife, Jennifer (Reed) Drouin of Windham; a son, Brandon Drouin of Windham; one daughter, Caitlin Drouin of Windham; his parents, Maurice and Pauline Drouin of Pownal; one sister, Michelle Drouin of Topsham; paternal grandmother, Jeannette C. Drouin of Lewiston; his mother and father-in-law, Donald and Ann Reed of Yarmouth; one brother-in-law, Andrew Wisland of Maryland; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
