FARMINGTON – Caroline Ruth Iannucci, 77, a resident of Forest Circle in Jay, died Tuesday, Jan. 11 at Franklin Memorial Hospital following a short illness.

She was born on Aug 7, 1927 in Glens Falls, N.Y., the daughter of Arthur and Margaret Bishop Parker, and was a graduate of Hudson Falls High School. On Sept. 19, 1947, she married Jeremiah J. Iannucci in Hudson Falls, N.Y.

She and her husband moved to Jay in 1969. Her life was devoted to her husband and her family, in which she took great pride. She was a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church in Jay. She had been a member of the local women’s bowling team, and also enjoyed playing golf.

She is survived by her husband, Jerry, of Jay; three sons, Donato Iannucci and his wife, Linda, of Jay, John Iannucci of Jay, and Mark Iannucci of Danbury, Conn.; two daughters, Christine Kelley of Lowell, Mass., and Karen Lemelin and her husband, Paul, of Lewiston; a sister, Shirley Smith of Citrus Heights, Calif.; and thirteen grandchildren.
