WILTON – Franklin Grange 50 was to have a surprise meeting at the d’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston on Dec. 11 but, due to poor weather, the meeting was canceled. However, several members of the Flagg family did make a surprise visit.
The meeting was to be a surprise for members Earl and Vivian (Tippy) Tracy as they are no longer able to attend in person and both have been members for more than 24 years.
The Grange lost a member of over 18 years, Helen Bubier. She held different offices throughout the years and at the time of her death, she held the position of lecturer.
A meeting was held Jan. 8 at the Flagg home on Depot Street for a potluck lunch followed by a 1 p.m. meeting. The program was a “game day.”
