LEWISTON – Richard R. Edwards Sr., 56, of Lewiston, passed away Jan. 11, at his home with his family by his side after a long illness.

Born in Lewiston on Feb. 25, 1948, the son of Charles and Yvette (Pinard) Edwards. He lived in Lewiston most of his life.

He was a construction worker and loved hunting, fishing and the outdoors.

He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

He is survived by his wife of 20 years Jane (Polley) Edwards; one son, Richard R. Edwards Jr.; one daughter, Terry Anne Lebrun; four sisters, Mrs. Diane Hemingway, Mrs. Dorothy Labbe, Mrs. Irene Seubert, and Mrs. Rita Whitlock; three brothers, Harold Edwards, Alton Edwards, and Ray Martin; and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents.
