SOUTH PARIS – Funeral services for Mr. Charles R. “Bob” Knight Jr. of South Paris, were conducted 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 15, at the Trinity Lutheran Church with Pastor Thomas Teichmann officiating. Organist and pianist was Mrs. Susan Glines. Hymn selections included, “Jesus Christ is Risen Today,” “O Christ, the Same” and “Abide With Me.” Special music selections were “Amazing Grace,” “The Gift of Love” and “Hear My Cry, Oh My God” which was sung by Sarah Johnson, and “The Swan” which was performed by cellist grandson, Justin Stenger. Pallbearers were Herbert Knight, Herbert Knight Jr., Glenn Pastore, Paul Mitchell, Jeff Cutler, Michael Santos, Robert Ripley, Robbie Ripley, Gib Knight and Donald Knight. Interment in the spring will be at the Riverside Annex Cemetery, South Paris. A reception followed the services at the home of Bob and Lois Knight of South Paris. Arrangements were under the care of the MEADER & SON FUNERAL HOME, 3 Franklin St., Rumford.
