Illegal drugs such as marijuana should be stopped. Teens should stop using them. If teens were better informed of what they do to their bodies, they would stop using marijuana. I have a friend who uses marijuana and he’s just wasting his money.

Using marijuana can lead to brain damage. Thirty-five percent of teens in Maine are smoking marijuana each month. If you smoke marijuana, it stays in your body for several days. Maybe they do this because of peer pressure or to be with someone when they are using it. Users could have an increased risk of a heart attack. It could affect school work and sports.

In conclusion, marijuana is bad. So if you know someone who does it, try to help him or her to quit using marijuana.
