FARMINGTON – The following cases were recently closed in 12th District Court:

H C Haynes Inc. of Winn was charged with rule violation for defective steering control component Oct. 27 in Wilton. The company was fined $100.

Joshua L. Haines, 18, of Chesterville was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor Aug. 26 in Chesterville. The case was filed.

Joshua L. Haines, 18, of Chesterville was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Aug. 26 in Chesterville. He was fined $200.

Kimberly M. Haines, 34, of Phillips was charged with allowing a dog to be at large Aug. 2 in Avon. She was fined $100.

Kimberly M. Haines, 34, of Phillips was charged with keeping a dangerous dog Sept. 8 in Avon. The case was dismissed. For a charge of allowing a dog to be at large Sept. 8 in Avon, she was fined $100.

Michael Haines, 18, of Phillips was charged with being a minor possessing liquor July 20 in Phillips. He was fined $200.

Naomi Haines, 33, of West Farmington was charged with driving after suspension June 29 in Farmington. She was fined $200.

Rebecca E. Haines, 25, of Phillips was charged with procuring liquor for a minor Oct. 23 in Phillips. The case was dismissed.

Rebecca E. Haines, 25, of Farmington was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked Aug. 3 in Farmington. The case was filed.

Timothy S. Haines, 31, of Farmington Falls was charged with assault July 28 in Farmington. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Walter A. Haines, 40, of Phillips was charged with speeding 30 plus mph over speed limit June 24 in Avon. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Brandon A. Haley, 18, of Farmington was charged with driving a vehicle without a license June 4 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Jay M. Haley, 37, of Farmington was charged with being an unlicensed private investigator Oct. 15 in Strong. He was fined $100.

Justin Haley, 21, of Rangeley was charged with furnishing liquor to a minor July 21 in Rangeley. He was fined $300. A charge of driving watercraft without safety equipment July 21 in Rangeley was dismissed.

Maureen R. Haley, 46, of Avon was charged with driving under the influence June 19 in Salem. The case was transferred to Superior Court.

Kevin G. Hall, 33, of Mount Vernon was charged with driving under the influence June 7 in Farmington. He was fined $400 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Brewster T. Hammond, 19, of Kingfield was charged with being a minor possessing liquor Oct. 21 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Lynne M. Handley, 37, of Jay was charged with possession of marijuana Aug. 20 in Phillips. She was fined $200.

Derek J. Hanscom, 24, of Gorham was charged with driving while license was suspended or revoked July 4 in Farmington. He was fined $300.

Jerry M. Hansen, 25, of Phillips was charged with theft by unauthorized use of property April 25 in Freeman Twp. The case was dismissed. For a charge of criminal mischief April 25 in Freeman Twp, a 364 day sentence was suspended and he was placed on probation for one year and was ordered to make restitution of $5,750.

Dennis R. Hanson, 27, of Strong was charged with driving an ATV on a private road June 20 in Phillips. He was fined $100. For a charge of driving an unregistered ATV June 20 in Phillips, he was fined $100. For a charge of driving an ATV on a public way June 20 in Phillips, he was fined $100.

Jason M. Hanson, 26, of Strong was charged with driving under the influence, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and driving vehicle without license July 24 in Farmington. All three charges were transferred to Superior Court.

Jason M. Hanson, 26, of Strong was charged with the sale and use of drug paraphernalia July 22 in Strong. The case was dismissed. For a charge of possession of marijuana July 22 in Strong, he was fined $200.

John D. Harmon, 43, of New Sharon was charged with driving an ATV on a public way Aug. 30 in Industry. He was fined $100.

Joshua F. Harrington, 20, of Fryeburg was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 12 in Farmington. He was fined $200.

Joshua F. Harrington, 20, of Bridgton was charged with failing to have fishing license or permit Aug. 7 in Wilton. He was fined $68.

Andrew M. Harris, 22, of Farmington was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report May 31 in Jay. The case was dismissed. For a charge of failing to report accident May 31 in Jay, he was fined $200.

James V. Harris, 22, of Temple was charged with failing to make oral or written accident report Sept. 28 in Temple. A $250 fine was suspended by $150.

Vincent R. Harris, 43, of Kingfield was charged with criminal restraint Aug. 17 in New Vineyard. He was sentenced for 100 days and probation was partially revoked.

Tony W. Hart, 30, of Bethel was charged with attaching false motor vehicle plates June 27 in Carthage. He was fined $75.

Andrew Hartig, 19, of Raymond was charged with criminal mischief June 26 in Rangeley. The case was filed.

Aaron Harvey, 22, of Auburn was charged with criminal trespass Feb. 9 in Farmington. He was sentenced for 90 days and his probation was partially revoked. For a charge of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 9 in Farmington, he was sentenced for 90 days and his probation was partially revoked.

Amanda Hastings, 21, of Farmington was charged with theft of services July 27 in Farmington. She was fined $100 and ordered to make restitution of $244.44.

Theodore E. Hastings, 45, of Dryden was charged with assault May 16 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Eric E. Haywood, 28, of Farmington was charged with terrorizing July 29 in Farmington. The charge was transferred to Superior Court.

Ronald J. Head, 37, of New Sharon was charged with terrorizing and reckless conduct on May 21 in New Sharon. Both charges were dismissed. For a charge of assault May 20 in New Sharon, all but 20 days of a 364-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year. For a charge of assault on May 5 in New Sharon, a 364-day sentence was suspended, and he was placed on probation for one year. Charges of driving under the influence May 20 and refusing to sign criminal summons May 21 in Farmington were both dismissed.

Robert I. Heald, 66, of New Sharon was charged with driving under the influence May 1 in Farmington. He was fined $300 and his license was suspended for 90 days.

Brian C. Hendsbee, 25, of Madison was charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 14 in Farmington. He was fined $100.

Cheryl L. Hewett, 42, of Livermore Falls was charged with negotiating a worthless instrument Feb. 17 in Farmington. The case was dismissed.

Christopher W. Hines, 22, of Jay was charged with refusing to submit to arrest or detention May 7 in Temple. He was fined $200. A charge of disorderly conduct May 7 in Temple was dismissed.
