Brian Paul Cabral, 26, Auburn, charged with assault on July 16, dismissed.

Tanya J. Cahill, 18, Lewiston, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 22, found guilty, fined $100.

Lorie A. Callan, 40, Bath, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 18, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Nicole L. Cameron, 20, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 19, found guilty, fined $200.

Tieasha L. Campbell, 24, Lewiston, charged with operating without proof of financial responsibility on June 27, dismissed.

Craig S. Canney, 38, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $100.

Jennifer L. Cannon, 19, Lewiston, charged with assault on Aug. 10, filed with no cost.

Chelsea E. Canonica, 19, Topsham, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $250.

Adam Caron, 30, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence on Aug. 29, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 96 hours and license suspended for 90 days.

Paul N. Caron Jr., 50, Auburn, charged with operating under the influence on Sept. 12, sent to jury trial.

Gaudalupe C. Carrillo, 34, Simi Valley, Calif., charged with a duty status not current rule violation on Sept. 22, found guilty, fined $250.

Katelyn Cartwright, 20, Lewiston, charged with permitting unlawful use of license or ID on Sept. 14, found guilty, fined $75.

Lawrence A. Casterline, 22, South Paris, charged with operating under the influence, operating a vehicle without a license and refusing to sign a criminal summons on Aug. 25, found guilty on first charge, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for 18 months; second charge dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $75.

David M. Castonguay, 20, Lewiston, charged with operating under the influence and transportation of liquor by a minor on May 15, found guilty on first charge, fined $400, sentenced to two days and license suspended for 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Patrick Chabot, 52, Lewiston, charged with criminal trespass on Sept. 25, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Thomas Chance, 22, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence on July 31 and eluding an officer on Oct. 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours and license suspended for 90 days; second charge transferred to Superior Court.

Martine M. Chapman, 47, Mount Vernon, charged with assault on Dec. 19, dismissed.

Laurier Charest Jr., 55, Lewiston, charged with terrorizing on Aug. 26, filed with no cost.

Melissa G. Chase, 38, Sabattus, charged with assault and terrorizing on Oct. 3, both charges sent to jury trial.

Joshua Chekovsky, 23, Sabattus, charged with possession of marijuana on Sept. 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Chelsey Food Concessions, Plymouth, N.H., charged with a missing or broken brake component rule violation on Aug. 17, found guilty, fined $100.

Shanicka Chestnut, 25, Lewiston, charged with criminal mischief on July 15, found guilty, fined $100 and $500 restitution.

Martha Christiensen, 54, Auburn, charged with violating condition of release on July 6, dismissed.

Christopher L. Chubbuck, 19, Lewiston, charged with operating after suspension and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 17, found guilty on both charges, fined $200 on first charge; fined $100 and $15 restitution on second charge.

Anthony Clark, 20, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 2, sent to jury trial.

Jason C. Clifford, charged with criminal speed on Sept. 5, found guilty, fined $300.

Agapito C. Clores, 47, Lewiston, charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 6, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael Keith Cloutier, 43, Lewiston, charged with violating a protective order, terrorizing and harassment on Oct. 29, all charges sent to jury trial.

Kris Alan Coburn, 35, Auburn, charged with allowing a dog to be at large on Sept. 18, found guilty, fined $50.

Crystal Rose Cochran, 39, South Portland, charged with assault on July 25, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days with all suspended and six month probation.

Jovito P. Colon, 47, Lisbon Falls, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $600, sentenced to 12 days and license suspended for one year.

Alysha M. Comeau, 19, Auburn, charged with operating after suspension on June 5, sent to jury trial.

David Cook, 21, Livermore Falls, charged with operating after suspension and displaying a false license or ID on Feb. 17, and terrorizing on May 20, first and second charges filed, fined $100; probation violation on third charge, sentenced to 40 days and probation partially revoked.

Gregory T. Cook, 23, Portland, charged with operating a vehicle without a license on Aug. 9, 2003, found guilty, fined $100.

James H. Cook, 32, Lewiston, charged with violating condition of release on Nov. 17, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

Robert A. Cook, 36, Livermore Falls, charged with hunting migratory game birds while not certified on Oct. 9, adjudicated, fined $100.

Kelli A. Coolidge, 36, Auburn, charged with disorderly conduct on Aug. 30, found guilty, fined $150.

Michael Couillard, 28, Livermore, charged with driving to endanger, May 31, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $100, license suspended 30 days.

Douglas Cronkite, 19, Washington, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked and failure to register vehicle, Sept. 19, 2004, Leeds, found guilty, fined $250 for the first charge and $75 on the second charge.

Deborah Crossman, 47, Woodstock, N.H., charged with operating vehicle without a license, Jan. 18, 2003, Turner, fined $150, permanently transferred to Superior Court.

Allen Croteau, 40, Oxford, charged with operating a vehicle without a license-cond/restric, July 24, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $75.

Thomas Cunneen, 35, Mechanic Falls, charged with operating after habitual offender revocation-prior, Nov. 3, 2004, Lewiston, transferred to Superior Court.

Richard Davis, 34, Lisbon, charged with operating under the influence and leaving the scene of motor vehicle accident, Aug. 21, Lewiston, sent to jury trial.

Ryan Dawson, 24, Jay, charged with operating vehicle without a license, Sept. 14, 2004, Livermore Falls, found guilty, fined $100.

Briar Day, 22, Poland, charged with operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 21, 2004, Auburn, found guilty, fined $250.

Steven Dayton, 36, Lewiston, charged with operating a defective vehicle, July 5, 2004, Lewiston, found guilty, fined $125.
