OTISFIELD – The Oxford Hills AARP, friends and families recently made the last trip of 2004 to the Maine Mall, the Christmas Tree Shoppe and a performance of “The Magic of Christmas” by the Portland Symphony Orchestra.

The first trip of 2005 will be to the New England Flower Show in Boston on Friday, March 18. The trip will include the Museum of Science to see the OmniMax film “The Mystery of the Nile,” Quincy Market for lunch, then the flower show.

A tour to Halifax, Nova Scotia, is also planned for July 6, 7, 8 and 9 to see the International Tattoo and places in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Plans are also being made for additional bus trips. A mailing will go out soon requesting that everyone select trips of interest and give suggestions for future trips.
